This issue is usually related to 2 factors: failure to completely wipe buff and wipe dry with a clean microfiber towel. Mixing the solution with hard or contaminated water is the most common culprit. If you suspect that your water is hard or contains contaminants, please use reverse osmosis water to dilute or use distilled water to dilute for spectacular results.
How do I use the concentrate to mop my floors?
Add ¼ cup to 2 or so gallons of hot water in your mop bucket. Use on sealed wood, stone, marble, ceramic, granite, laminate, and vinyl for exceptional results and a fresh clean smelling home!

We use completely natural coconut-based emollients rather than synthetic ingredients like our competitors. It’s our emulsion process that holds the emulsion together, making it a translucent rather than synthetically derived more clear product. Through our proprietary manufacturing process, we are able to bind the essential oils to the natural soap-based ingredients and use contaminate-free reverse osmosis water to blend the ingredients. After mixing the concentrate with your water (preferably reverse osmosis or distilled) you will find the solution requires no further shaking and is ready to use anytime, anywhere!

We use UPS ground shipping as well as USPS Priority Mail to ship our orders and strive to ship all orders within 24 received Monday through Friday.
